We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing and leading successful sales teams. The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically, take initiative, and have excellent communication skills.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability by managing customer relationships, setting targets and strategies, analyzing market trends, building/maintaining relationships with key customers, and monitoring performance against goals. He or she should also have experience in developing marketing plans to help meet organizational objectives.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of leading sales teams with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Experience in dealing with foreign customers is an advantage but not essential. He or she must also possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related field is required for this role.
