Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: 1800 AED/month

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans in order to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by leading and developing a strong sales team. You will also be expected to monitor performance, coach and mentor team members, collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently. Previous experience in sales management is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate should also possess knowledge of market trends and an understanding of customer service principles.
