We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing winning sales strategies, managing and motivating a sales team, and achieving overall sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales management and experience with staff management. The successful applicant should possess excellent negotiating skills, have the ability to create innovative strategies, and be able to take initiative when necessary. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

The primary duties of the Sales Manager include, but are not limited to: creating sales plans; setting targets; managing a team of sales agents; monitoring performance; training new staff; developing customer relationships; negotiating contracts; ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations; preparing reports.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1400 per month. We welcome applications from foreign candidates who meet the required criteria.
