Job Title: Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented and highly motivated professional with a track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving set goals.

You will be responsible for leading the sales team in developing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships and overseeing the daily operations of the sales department. You should have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
• Monitor market trends to identify potential new customers
• Establish productive relationships with key customers
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans to address any issues identified
• Set individual sales targets with team members, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure they are met
• Oversee daily operations of the sales team including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on sales performance for management review

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role for at least 3 years.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Ability to lead a team of sales representatives.
