Job Description

The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating menus, making sure that the kitchen is running efficiently and safely, and for training and developing kitchen staff. They will also be expected to put together costings for dishes, purchase ingredients, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene. The Executive Chef must be willing to work irregular hours and have excellent organizational skills.

Requirements for Candidate

The ideal candidate should have at least five years' experience in a similar role, proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. An understanding of culinary trends is essential, as well as knowledge of food safety regulations. The successful candidate should also have the ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.
