Executive Chef – Khawr Fakkan

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu design, staff management, and food production. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 and are open to considering an immigrant for the position.

The ideal candidate will have extensive culinary experience, ideally in a five-star hotel or restaurant setting, and a proven track record of creating delicious and innovative dishes. You must be able to work well under pressure and remain calm under difficult circumstances. You will also need strong leadership skills to lead, motivate, and inspire your team.

Your main responsibilities as Executive Chef will include:
• Developing menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Creating cost-effective recipes that meet quality standards
• Ordering kitchen supplies and ingredients in accordance with budgets
• Ensuring the kitchen is properly equipped for all food preparation tasks
• Supervising staff in the kitchen during meal service
• Establishing health and safety standards in the kitchen
• Training staff on recipes, techniques, and equipment use
• Analyzing trends in customer feedback to determine areas of improvement
• Working with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
