Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating new dishes, ordering ingredients and supplies, managing kitchen staff, planning menus and pricing items, supervising food preparation, maintaining health and safety standards, and adhering to sanitation regulations.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications: at least 3 years of experience in a similar role; knowledge of current trends in international cuisine; excellent organizational skills; a good understanding of health and safety regulations; strong leadership skills; ability to work long hours when needed.
