We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a wide range of dishes, from traditional cuisines to modern fusion dishes. They should be able to work well with other cooks and chefs, and take direction from the Head Chef.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and have excellent cooking skills. The candidate should also be creative and keep up with the latest trends in the food industry. A good knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential, as is an understanding of cost control measures such as portioning, stock rotation and wastage reduction.
