Essential Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record


• Minimum of 18 years old and physically fit


• Competency in English language


• Ability to read and understand maps, navigate roads and highways safely


• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to the trucking industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving long-distance trips or in night shifts
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

• Complete assigned routes on-time, following all safety regulations and traffic laws
• Inspect cargo before and after trips for security issues or damage < li >Conduct pre-trip inspections of the truck, checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, etc. < li >Maintain accurate log books to document working hours < li >Provide excellent customer service through courteous interactions with customers < li >Load and unload cargo as necessary. < /ul
