Surveyor - Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This position offers an attractive salary of 1300 and we are ready to consider immigrants for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting geographic information gathered by field survey.


• Performing land surveys on commercial and residential properties to measure boundaries.


• Preparing legal descriptions and drawings of boundaries, based on survey results.


• Creating boundary maps using GPS mapping techniques.


• Assisting with the preparation of title reports, deeds, mortgages, easements, and other documents related to property lines.


• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, codes, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field.

< li >At least 3 years of surveying experience in the Middle East.
< li >Excellent understanding of boundary law.
< li >Strong knowledge of surveying equipment operation and maintenance. .
