We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh.

The successful candidate will have a background in surveying, preferably with experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on interesting projects.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate surveying activities and lead surveying teams
• Interpret data from ground surveys, aerial photographs, and satellite images
• Analyze survey objectives and data collected to determine appropriate survey techniques
• Compile data from field notes, drawings, sketches, and other records into maps, plans, reports, and legal descriptions
• Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties using GPS systems or optical instruments such as total stations or theodolites
• Monitor construction sites to ensure that they adhere to design specifications and government regulations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field required
• Knowledge of applicable laws related to land boundaries; legal mapping practices; zoning regulations; engineering principles; soils analysis; hydrological studies; survey methods; computer applications used for mapping purposes; geographic information systems (GIS); mathematics related to surveying operations; drafting techniques; spatial analysis techniques; boundary determination principles required
• Professional certification preferred but not required

Salary: 1400 SAR/month (We are ready to consider an immigrant)
