Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and preparing meals that are both delicious and visually appealing. This includes planning menus, creating new recipes, managing food inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate should have a degree in culinary arts or related field as well as proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen. They should also possess strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards, excellent leadership and organizational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, they should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
