Waiter Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our restaurant team in Riyadh as a Waiter! We are committed to providing excellent service to our customers, and the successful candidate will be an integral part of that mission. You will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving customers, responding to customer requests, and generally ensuring that customers have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 SAR per month.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility as a Waiter will involve taking orders from customers at the restaurant’s tables or counters, providing accurate information about menu items, presenting the food in an attractive manner, and ensuring that all orders are served promptly and correctly. In addition, you must also process cash payments or credit card transactions accurately. You will also be responsible for understanding customer needs and offering suggestions accordingly. Additionally, you must ensure that all tables are properly set up with necessary utensils before guests arrive.

Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this job. Prior experience working as a waiter is preferred but not required; however, knowledge of menu items is necessary in order to answer questions effectively. The ideal candidate should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized throughout their shift.
