Position: Barista
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1100 SAR per month

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Barista to join our dynamic and welcoming team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, espresso drinks, smoothies, shakes, and frappes.
• Greet customers upon arrival and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Up-sell additional items such as pastries or snacks.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the day.
• Receive payment from customers and provide accurate change if necessary.
• Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Follow all safety procedures when preparing drinks.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask while offering exceptional customer service at all times.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
