Barista (Riyadh)

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team based in Riyadh. We offer a competitive salary of 1100 and are open to considering a foreigner for this position.

The successful candidate will work within the café, taking orders and preparing beverages to customer specifications. They must have experience working with professional coffee machines, as well as knowledge of brewing methods and popular specialty drinks.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, frappes and shakes
- Discuss menu items with customers and answer their questions
- Follow health & safety guidelines when preparing food & beverages
- Take orders from customers in person or over the phone
- Restock supplies as needed
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a friendly and professional manner
- Clean any spills or messes promptly
- Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a barista in a similar setting
- Knowledge of professional coffee machines and brewing methods for specialty coffees
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to upsell products when appropriate - Ability to work quickly & accurately while multitasking in a fast paced environment
