Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This position pays 1800 SAR per month and we are open to considering applicants from abroad. If you have no prior experience, that is not a problem: we are willing to train the right person. As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing and providing leadership to the kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared according to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include: overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations such as ordering supplies, food preparation, cooking and presentation; developing menus and recipes; setting up work schedules for kitchen staff; maintaining high standards of hygiene; monitoring food quality; and training kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for supervising the workflow in the kitchen and ensuring that all staff follow safety regulations.

Requirements

We seek a candidate with a culinary degree or equivalent qualifications as well as extensive experience in a professional kitchen. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. A valid driver’s license is also required.
