We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, including menu creation and staff management in the kitchen.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be comfortable working with a variety of international cuisines. You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a great eye for detail. Having a creative flair and being able to come up with new ideas would be advantageous. Being highly motivated and having a passion for cooking is also essential.

The successful applicant will be required to manage the kitchen staff, ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, as well as oversee the inventory and budgeting of ingredients. Furthermore, you will need to keep up with industry trends and adjust menus accordingly.
