Job Description

• Develop new menus, supervise kitchen staff and ensure high quality of food


• Control food costs, stock levels, hygiene standards and portion sizes


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends


• Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently


• Train staff on food preparation techniques and safety procedures

Needs for the Candidate

• Culinary degree/diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a head chef preferably in a high-end restaurant
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
