Job Title: Merchandiser - Riyadh

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1400 SAR/month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the merchandising process of our products in accordance with established standards, procedures and guidelines. You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities:
• Develop effective working relationships with staff at all levels to ensure successful product merchandising.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies and plans to drive sales.
• Plan, coordinate and execute product placement in stores according to predetermined criteria.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in store layout and product placement.
• Design promotional campaigns around key merchandise categories.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock replenishment needs in stores.
• Ensure accurate pricing labels are used across all outlets.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail or related field; a degree in marketing or business is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing effective merchandising strategies and plans that increase total sales volume; prior experience using inventory management software is desirable.
• Ability to analyze sales data, trends, customer preferences, etc., to identify areas of improvement; excellent organizational skills.
