Librarian vacancy in Musaffah UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for a Librarian (1600 AED per month) to join our team in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and have a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience in library work is preferred but not necessary given the right attitude and willingness to learn the job.

The primary responsibilities of this position include: organizing books and other media; replenishing supplies; maintaining records; helping patrons find resources; scheduling meeting rooms; providing reference services; assisting with cataloging, shelving, and weeding collections. The successful candidate should also be able to use computers and library management systems to perform tasks such as creating records, searching databases, and printing documents. The candidate should also have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
