Salary: 1200 AED per month

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee and have a good knowledge of coffee preparation methods. We welcome both local and foreign applicants for this position, with the right qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing hot and cold drinks according to customer orders, as well as providing excellent customer service to all patrons. Duties will include taking orders from customers, grinding beans for espresso-based drinks, steaming milk for lattes, making tea and herbal infusions, cleaning the work area and maintaining hygiene standards, cashing out customers and stocking the bar with necessary supplies.

We are looking for someone who is a team player and has excellent communication skills. The successful applicant must also be able to adhere to the company’s health and safety regulations at all times.

To qualify as a Barista in our Dubai location, you must have experience in coffee preparation or similar roles; knowledge of specialty beverages is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should also have excellent customer service skills, an outgoing personality and the ability to work calmly under pressure in busy shifts.
