Job Title: HR Manager - Abu-Dhabi

Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1800 AED/Month

Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all HR operations including recruitment, performance management, staff development and payroll.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies for recruitment and retention of employees.
• Ensure that all recruitment processes follow the legal requirements of the UAE.
• Lead employee performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-performing teams.
• Develop and manage staff training programs to ensure that employees are kept up to date with the latest developments in their field.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide support with employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Oversee payroll processing and time management systems.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, creating job descriptions, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different levels of staff.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
