HR Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the human resources department, recruiting, training and developing employees, and maintaining employee relations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the human resources department.


• Recruit, interview and select staff in conjunction with department heads.


• Train and develop employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles.


• Maintain employee relations by resolving grievances and addressing disciplinary issues.


• Develop policies and procedures related to employment, compensation and benefits.


• Conduct performance reviews for staff members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.


• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Strong knowledge of HR best practices including recruitment, training and development, compensation structures, etc.
