Barista vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least three years' experience in the restaurant or café industry, with a strong knowledge of coffee production, preparation and service. We are open to considering both local Kuwaiti applicants and those from abroad, and the successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1400 KD per month.

The main duties of this role include preparing espresso-based coffees, making tea, brewing coffee, creating speciality beverages such as lattes and cappuccinos, cleaning equipment, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness in the work area and providing excellent customer service. The Barista must be knowledgeable about different types of coffees, teas and other drinks to best advise customers on their choices.

The successful applicant will need to have excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, colleagues and management; an eye for detail; an ability to work under pressure; good organizational skills; a positive attitude towards teamwork and excellent problem-solving abilities.
