Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Cashier to join our dynamic team. We offer a competitive salary of 1400, and are open to considering immigrants for the position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling transactions with customers, managing cash flow, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits
• Issue receipts, refunds and change
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Greet customers entering establishments
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Answer customers’ questions, resolve complaints and provide information on procedures or policies
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or mail
• Process returns or exchanges of merchandise
• Restock shelves as necessary

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to provide a positive experience for customers
• Good math skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
