We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive the highest level of quality service and enjoy their dining experience.

The Restaurant Manager will be in charge of day-to-day operations, managing a team of wait staff and chefs, and ensuring that all staff adhere to the highest standards of customer service. In addition, they will be responsible for ordering stock, dealing with customer enquiries, handling complaints and working within strict budgets.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of managerial experience in a hospitality environment, as well as excellent leadership skills and a good understanding of customer service techniques. They should be able to work independently and make decisions quickly when faced with challenging situations. It is also essential that they possess strong problem solving skills and an ability to work under pressure. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred but not essential.
