Job Description

• Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations, including budgeting, staff scheduling and guest services.


• Implement and maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Develop new procedures to improve efficiency.


• Train and supervise staff in their respective duties.

Requirements for the Candidate

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a housekeeping manager or in a similar role.



• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.



• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.



• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.



• Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends.
