Personal Trainer Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be an excellent motivator, inspiring their clients and helping them reach their physical fitness goals.

The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness. A professional attitude is also essential as our clients will be looking to you for guidance and advice in relation to their physical activity goals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal trainer with relevant qualifications
- Knowledge of the principles of exercise, such as nutrition, anatomy, kinesiology, fitness testing, etc.
- Ability to motivate clients and set realistic goals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Flexibility in terms of working hours
- Willingness to work with diverse clientele from different backgrounds

Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' level of physical fitness and develop personalized plans that meet their individual needs
- Design exercise programs tailored to each client's specific goals (weight loss, muscle tone/strength, injury rehabilitation)
- Monitor progress through regular feedback sessions or reviews of workout results
- Educate clients on proper nutrition for fitness success
- Provide emotional support throughout training process

Salary: 1800 AED per month (We are ready to consider an immigrant).
