Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 900 per month

We are looking for a professional and experienced individual to join our team as a Land Surveyor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is open to both local and foreign applicants.

This position requires the successful candidate to have an in-depth understanding of land surveying processes, methodologies and technologies. The successful candidate must be able to plan and execute complex surveying projects, interpret survey results and prepare detailed reports.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing land surveys including topographic surveys, engineering surveys, construction layout surveys and boundary surveys;
• Using specialized equipment such as total station, AutoCAD software and GPS receivers;
• Interpreting survey results for use in plans for construction projects;
• Investigating existing site conditions to determine necessary survey requirements;
• Preparing detailed reports of survey results;
• Ensuring accuracy of all survey data collected;
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with plans;
• Keeping up-to-date with advancements in surveying technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field;
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor;
• Technical understanding of surveying processes & methodologies;
• Excellent knowledge of specialized equipment such as total station, AutoCAD software and GPS receivers;
• Ability to interpret survey results accurately & prepare detailed reports accordingly; • Ability to work within tight deadlines & prioritize workloads effectively.
