Salary: AED 1300

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Optometrist to join our team in Bani Yas City, UAE. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should also be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations including refraction, visual field testing, tonometry, retinoscopy/autorefraction/manifest refraction and ocular motility tests
• Provide professional advice on vision correction (eyeglasses/contact lenses) and other vision related problems
• Prescribe corrective lenses or recommend vision therapy as needed
• Evaluate the overall health of the eyes of patients by examining for signs of disease or abnormality
• Educate patients about their eye health and provide counseling on preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:
• Valid Optometrist license from an approved board of optometry in UAE or abroad (for immigrants)
• At least 5 years’ experience as an Optometrist
• Ability to provide quality patient care
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is preferred but not required)
