Surveyor Vacancy in Ajman

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking land surveys, conducting research and making detailed measurements of land area for our organisation. You must have a strong knowledge of the science and technology related to surveying, have excellent communication skills and the ability to present data in a clear and logical manner.

Job Responsibilities

The main duties of the Surveyor will include:

• Undertaking property surveys to accurately measure land area, boundaries and features such as mountains and rivers.
• Utilizing specialized instruments such as total stations, electronic distance meters and GPS receivers.
• Analyzing survey data to identify errors or discrepancies.
• Providing technical advice on any changes or improvements that may be required in order to meet legal requirements.
• Preparing reports outlining any findings from surveys including accurate drawings showing boundary locations, topographical features and other relevant information.

Skills & Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Surveyor or similar role.
• Good knowledge of surveying technology including electronic distance meters, total stations and GPS receivers.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present survey data in an easy-to-understand format.

Good problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

This position is offered with a competitive salary of 1700 AED/month plus benefits. We are ready to consider both local Emirati candidates as well as foreign nationals for this role.
