We are seeking an experienced Surveyor for a full-time position in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in surveying services within the UAE.

The Surveyor will work with a team to provide surveying services, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports and plans. They will also be expected to explain the results of their surveys to clients and recommend ways to improve accuracy. They should be familiar with the principles, processes, and techniques used in surveying.

Other responsibilities include analyzing survey results, identifying discrepancies in data, preparing survey reports and plans, performing field tests and inspections of projects, verifying measurements and calculations, calculating areas and volumes using specialized mathematical formulas, interpreting regulations related to land surveying as well as preparing legal documents such as deed descriptions. A valid UAE driver’s license is required for this position.

The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills; have strong problem-solving abilities; be able to work independently or as part of a team; have strong attention to detail; knowledge of industry standards; excellent mathematical abilities; familiarity with computer programs such as AutoCAD or GIS software; and possess a professional approach towards customer service.
