Job Responsibilities

• Developing and executing merchandising strategies and plans to achieve sales targets


• Preparing product displays in store to increase customer engagement


• Developing innovative promotions and campaigns to boost sales


• Negotiating with vendors and suppliers on pricing and delivery timeframes


• Conducting market research to understand consumer trends


• Managing inventory and stock levels of products

Qualifications & Skills Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
