We are looking for a qualified and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary of 1000. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain the overall kitchen strategy, including menu design, product purchasing, staffing, sanitation and food production.


• Manage the kitchen staff and monitor their performance to ensure that the highest standards are met.


• Create recipes and manage quality control on all dishes.


• Ensure that proper food safety procedures are followed at all times.


• Monitor stock levels, identify needs, manage suppliers and liaise with other departments.

Requirements For The Candidate

• Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in high-end restaurants or hotels.
