Executive Chef Job in Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Sharjah and lead our culinary team. This position offers a salary of 1100 and we are open to considering foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organization and control of the kitchen’s daily operations. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality. Additionally, they will be tasked with managing inventory, training staff, creating menus, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position. They must possess excellent leadership skills as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Applicants must also have extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, nutrition principles, menu design and cost control.
