Job Title: Barista
Location: Haur-Fakkan, UAE
Salary: 1300 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.

The ideal candidate should have great communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional customer service. Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not essential. We are also ready to consider candidates who are immigrants.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, teas and other hot drinks.
• Receive orders from customers, take payment, provide change when necessary and answer questions related to beverages.
• Ensure accurate preparation of all drinks according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area during shift by wiping down machines, counters and tables as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Educate customers on the products available in the café or restaurant.

Qualifications:
• Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to handle high volumes of customers during peak hours with efficiency and accuracy.
• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in conversation with customers in a friendly manner.
• Possess knowledge of menu items and their ingredients along with the ability to make recommendations when necessary.
