The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and researching land titles to determine ownership and boundaries. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting land surveys using both traditional surveying techniques as well as modern technologies such as Global Positioning Systems (GPS)


• Researching land titles to determine ownership, property boundaries, and other related information


• Preparing reports, maps, and plans detailing the results of surveys


• Analyzing data from surveys to create legal descriptions of properties

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field


• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role


• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and regulations
