Secretary job in Doha Qatar
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Secretary in Doha. This full-time position offers an annual salary of 1700 QAR.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and management functions. This includes maintaining records, scheduling appointments, answering phones, taking messages, dealing with correspondence and filing documents. You will also be expected to provide assistance with general office duties such as typing and data entry.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience working as a secretary or in a similar role. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with database systems is highly desirable.
