We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently, have a good knowledge of office procedures, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as a secretary or similar role. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent English language skills (both written and spoken). We are open to considering foreign candidates; however, the candidate must have an understanding of the local culture. An attractive salary of 1300 QAR is offered for this position.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include: managing incoming calls, responding to emails, providing administrative support to the team, organizing meetings and events as needed, preparing documents for meetings or presentations, maintaining filing systems and databases, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements for staff members, taking minutes during meetings.
