Secretary Position - Doha


Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to members of the management team, managing the office calendar, and handling all incoming calls. The position will offer a salary of 1100 per month, and we are willing to consider immigrants for the role.



Responsibilities


The successful Secretary will perform a wide range of duties including: handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, filing documents, managing databases, generating financial records and reports, ordering office supplies, arranging travel arrangements for staff members, and providing general customer service. The position may also involve other tasks as assigned by management.



Requirements


The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a secretary or in an administrative role. They must be highly organized with excellent communication skills. They should also be able to multitask effectively and demonstrate a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers and colleagues. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
