Secretary job in Doha Qatar


We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support, as well as some additional tasks.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, plus strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:
-Answering telephone calls, responding to emails and dealing with incoming and outgoing mail;
-Arranging appointments, meetings and conferences;
-Organizing travel arrangements and preparing itineraries;
-Maintaining filing systems;
-Typing letters, reports and other documents;
-Compiling information for reports;
-Booking venues for functions;
-Providing refreshments during meetings.

The successful applicant must have fluency in English language (verbal & written), as well as good computer skills (Microsoft Office). The position is open to both local nationals and foreigners with a salary of 1100 QAR per month.
