Civil Engineer job in Doha Qatar


We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning and managing civil engineering projects, with an emphasis on structural work.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• A minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Working knowledge of modern construction techniques and building codes
• Proficient with computer aided design (CAD) software
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed designs for civil engineering projects, including bridges, roads, tunnels, buildings and other structures.
• Prepare plans for construction projects that meet safety requirements and comply with established standards.
• Oversee construction activities on site to ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Monitor project progress and report any discrepancies or changes from the approved plans.
• Conduct research as needed to evaluate the effectiveness of designs/structures.
• Test materials used in construction projects to ensure they meet standards.
