Business Manager - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of our business operations in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies that promote the growth and success of the business
• Identify potential business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
• Establish goals and objectives for the company, evaluate performance against those goals, and develop strategies to ensure success
• Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting practices, investments, acquisitions, mergers and more
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, vendors, suppliers, etc.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including customer service management, employee management and operations management
• Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as local laws and regulations
• Prepare reports detailing progress on strategic initiatives or other aspects of the business

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role required; previous experience managing a business in Qatar preferred
• Excellent communication skills; ability to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Proven leadership capabilities

Salary: 1000 QAR/Month (commensurate with experience). We are willing to consider an immigrant.
