Business Manager Job in Doha

We are looking for a professional Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure the efficient and effective management of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive profits and maximize efficiency.


• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and financial data to make sound business decisions.


• Create and manage budget plans for projects.


• Monitor financial performance of the business against budget.


• Manage staff performance, recruitment and training.


• Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and industry partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing business operations.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Excellent problem solving skills. < li >Ability to work independently under pressure. < li >Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. < li >Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). < li >Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. < li >Experience working in Qatar is preferred but not required. < / ul >< h2 >Compensation:

  We offer competitive salary of 1500 per month plus other benefits that commensurate with experience. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position.
