Executive Chef Job in Doha

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar capacity and hold a formal Chef qualification. The ideal candidate will be able to plan and develop menus, order food supplies, manage staff and ensure that the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene are maintained.

Job Description:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations including menu planning, ordering supplies, managing staff, training new personnel and ensuring that the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are met. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop new innovative dishes, work with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients, manage budgets and cost control. The Executive Chef will also be required to monitor kitchen safety procedures.
