We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific department in our organization and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The Supervisor will manage the workflow of employees and ensure they are adhering to established protocols. They will be required to monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimal work experience in a supervisory role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to lead a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
