Warehouse Associate
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Receiving and inspecting incoming goods: You will be responsible for unloading shipments, verifying their contents, checking for damages, and accurately recording received items in our inventory system.

Inventory management: You will organize and maintain inventory storage, ensuring that products are properly labeled, categorized, and stored in designated locations. You will also be responsible for conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.

Order fulfillment: You will accurately pick and pack products based on customer orders, ensuring that items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipping.

Loading and unloading: You will efficiently load outgoing shipments onto trucks and unload incoming shipments from carriers, using appropriate equipment and following safety protocols.

Quality control: You will perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet our company's standards, reporting any issues or defects to the appropriate personnel.

General warehouse tasks: You may be required to assist with general warehouse duties, such as organizing shelves, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, and participating in regular equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina, as the job may involve heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of relevant safety procedures.
