Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED/Month

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations and success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer satisfaction and ensure profitability of restaurant operations
• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing and scheduling, customer service, financials, inventory management, etc.
• Develop menus that reflect the restaurant’s brand and appeal to customers
• Monitor food preparation methods to ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the premises
• Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective solutions for restaurant operations
• Train new staff members on job duties, safety regulations, etc.
• Handle customer complaints professionally

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
• Proven track record of successful hospitality management experience
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Knowledgeable about food trends and best practices in food preparation and presentation
