We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, food and beverage control, and other duties as assigned. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 per month and we are more than willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the restaurant. This includes customer service, staff management, financial control, and maintenance of the facility. The manager will ensure that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. They will also be required to manage staff scheduling, hiring and training new employees, customer complaints and feedback, health & safety regulations and other related tasks.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude towards customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to consider candidates with no experience as long as they possess the right qualities to succeed in this position. Additionally, strong communication skills (both written & verbal) are essential.
