Construction Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, designing and construction activities at the project site. This is a great opportunity to work on some of the biggest projects in the region and to make a real impact on the construction industry.

The Construction Manager’s duties include but are not limited to:

• Developing detailed plans and designs for construction projects


• Overseeing the day-to-day management of construction sites


• Ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are adhered to at all times


• Identifying potential risks and addressing them proactively


• Developing and managing budgets, timelines and resources


• Creating reports on progress and submitting them to upper management


• Negotiating contracts with contractors, suppliers, etc.

Demands for the Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading construction projects.
Excellent knowledge of building products, construction details, building codes & relevant regulations.< li >Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.< li >Highly organized with excellent problem solving skills.< li >Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.< li >Proficient with AutoCAD & other relevant software applications.< li >Salary 1100 per month.
